Hello All,

I am looking to develop an RP HPLC method for a set of compounds that has a wide range of pKa values. For screening purposes I want to start off using a C18 column that is stable throughout a wide pH range, that is, pH 2-12. Becuase I will start screening using aqueous mobile phases in that range.

I use the Waters Xbridge columns which have a wide pH range stability.

Can anybody recommend other columns?

Thanks O

There are other high-pH tolerant columns available. Notably Gemini NX from Phenomenex, Kromasil Eternity from AkzoNobel, and Triart from YMC.
