C8 column-BP

In BP mentioned , only C8 column in the monograph.

How can i get excet column used in the Bristish pharmacopiea
If it's the same monograph as in the european pharmacopoea, you might take a look at the EDQM Knowledge database: http://www.edqm.eu/en/Knowledge-Database-707.html
You might find a suitable column together with an example chromatogram there - doesn't mean that the method will work, though *sigh* :(
If you can find out the year when the method was published (monograph), that will maybe decrease the number of RP8 column brands, available at that time. Otherwise check the hydrophobicity tables available on the net and try one C8 brand out of the middle. Maybe particle sice and dimension can help you to find out the original C8 column type used for that monograph. Good luck.
