Negative Baseline Drift

I am currently running an Agilent 1260 model with C-18 column.My mobile phase is acetonitrile:water.I am getting a huge negative baseline drift.I have purged the systen well.Can anyone tell me how to solve this out?

Sigh! Details, details, details!

Isocratic or gradient?
What kind of detector? If UV what wavelength?
New column or old column?
Did the problem begin abruptly? did it coincide with a specific event (new column? new batch of mobile phase?)
