Hi,

I am looking to buy an in-line filter for an HPLC system, does anyone have any experience with a particular filter they like? I am working with long carbon chain molecules.

I've used Upchurch inline/precolumn filters and haven't got any problem with them. Upchurch has PEEK, SS and Titanium frits available.

Disclaimer: I don't work for Upchurch.

VALCO used to have wire screens which did not plug as easily as frits.

I vote for Upchurch inline/precolumn filters.....cheap and reliable and come in many sizes of choice
