Hi br!
Im a newbie in this field.
I have a assignment and i have no idea about this.
The topic is:what are the main theoretical points of chromatography? connect these points and find the evidences to show the basic chromatography theory ?

This sounds like an assignment to go to the library or on line and dig out some information. If you look in wikipedia, it is easy to find descriptions of chromatographic techniques, but theory does not seem to be as easy to find. (But there is some discussion of theory - so look there as well.) If you google "chromatography theory" you will find a number of possibilities. There are a number of find books on chromatography, and it may be worth a trip to the library to see if you can find one or two there.
