Have anyone out there used GC-MS for Lignin, Cellulose and Hemicellulose?

without using a Pyrolyzer.

We are trying to find something to use as a base for putting up a method.

This is out of my field but a former collegue did some work on lignin, added a link below, perhaps the correspondance author may give you some hints or references if he is still around.
