Problem obtaining peak

Hello everyone
Today I encountered a problem while using the LC/MS/MS which I have not previously encountered. The system is an Agilent1100 coupled with a QTrap
Prior to every experiment, I do system validation with reserpine. However on doing that today, I did not observe any peak.Instead I see intermittent tiny peaks (of about 10-30cps) unlike my previous peak (of over 1000cps)Also, previously, I had just one peak at abt 25sec.However, today I saw about 5 little peaks at different times. I have done all the troubleshooting I can think of but no progress yet
Please has anyone encountered this before? How was it resolved????...or any recommendations/suggestions
I cant do further experiments because of this as my sample also is not giving my desired peak
Thank you
Check LC: pump flow, injector etc. (may be the vial is empty ;) )

Check MS: infuse the reserpine solution using a syringe pump (+ESI, Scan mode 300-650amu)
