Hi; We have EZChrome Elite 3.5.1b for Hitachi Amino Acid Analyzer, bought in 2009.
Due an unfortunate accident I had to reinstall the software on windows XP last year. The software runs fine for around 1 to 1.5 hours after which a message appears that windows encountered a problem and wants to shut down this program. The software then stops functioning at all.
The problem is that we are no more entitled to support from Agilent (after 2012) and Hitachi is also silent on this issue. I am completely lost.
Last year I got help from a yahoo group "EZChrome ELite Users" regarding installation of the software. Unfortunately, the group is now closed. I will highly appreciate if someone is able to help.
