Reduce the memory effect

Hi everybody,
Two words about me : my name is Jean, validation operator, working in a Belgian Biotech compagny which especially produces oligonucleotides for research use or IVD.
For some kinds of oligos purified on RP-HPLC, I have a high "memory effect" because these are modified with strong hydrophobic dyes.
I'm working with a gradient of 2 solutions (A :TEAA in water/ACN and B: ACN). My gradient goes to 100% of B in 10 min and last for 1 min. then go back to 100% A (equilibration for the next sample).
Is it possible for to ask you giving me some clues to reduce this memory effect observed with these oligos.
Thanking you in advance!
Jean
