When loading a GC trace some of the chromatograph disappears. When I try to zoom in the peaks also go away. Has anyone seen this?

I think it is more related to configuration of Your PC/Monitor/Operating system rather Chemstation itself.
Since You do not indicate version of Chemstation and operating system used - not likely anybody can suggest some solution. Did it behave like this from very beginning? After upgrade? After some PC modification?.........
Presumably You want issue to be resolved, not just collect statistics how many users "seen this" ....
