just curious of strength of DMSO as mobile phase compared to MEOH and ACN?

80% DMSO compares to 100% methanol
102.6% DMSO is like 100% ACN

...but I think you won't be happy about the backpressure it generates. Isn't DMSO quite viscous?

Dear jiangds06,

However DMSO can be nice for your HPLC method considere, please, this solvent may give serious headache since its high viscosity is able to increase pressure system. By other way, for diluted concentration, go ahead.
