Hello!
I need to do a method with plot column, but i never worked with this type of stationary phase. Does it have any special rules to work?
Thank you!!!

Sample size is less than packed columns. Watch the temperature limits.

Remember that the molecular size in PLOT columns also has a limit, usually around 6-8 carbons.

Involatiles on the column will plug the pores and cause tailing and loss of resolution.

wishing you all success,

Rod
Ramp up the flow slowly so as not to displace the packing.
Thank you very much!!!
