I would like to hear user's (expert's) opinion about APPI source. Would one get benefit by using APPI? Thank you in advance.

Hi Jan,

APPI complements ESI and APCI. If you can not ionise a molecule with the mentined techniques APPI might be the solution. It usually works for apolar molecules (e.g. trepenes, steroids).
