Hello everyone,

i`m new to this forum, so don`t be very angry if i ask a question which has been asked before or if it`s a silly one.

Here`s the question:

For hplc analysis i use the fluorescence detector W2475. In the instrument method it is checked, that the data mode is "ENERGY" (data units - Energy). In Empower 2 report i want to add a chromatogram where the Y axis would be mV, not energy units. Is it possible? The height of the peak in the tables is shown in μV, but i just can`t find how to plot mV against time.

Any help will be appreciated,

Vaidotas.
Within the report method, in the Chromatogram object's properties, first tab - you can specify whatever labels for axes you like. It can read Fortnights v. Furlongs if you so desire. The Y axis will tend to report your detector's output in terms of Absorbance Units no matter the label assigned.
Thanks,
DR
