Hello everybody,

I'm developing a GPC method with hexafluoroisopropanol.
I was wondering what kind of flow marker is compatibel with this and what kind of concentrations are used.
The sample concentrations are 1 mg/ml (0.1 % w/v)
I also will contact the supplier of the collumns but any suggestion is more then welcome.

Kind regards,

Pieter.

I would think any sort of solvent molecule that shows up on your detector. Depends on your detector I suppose.
How about acetone?

HFIP is in-soluble in ACN, but works fine with MeOH. I dont know if these solvents are suitable for your application.
