Hi everybody.

We are currently trying to reduce the amountof print-puts in our lab.
When we want to print the sample list to documents which samples have been started and how they have been diluted we chosse "Print table" when right-clicking on the sequence. This however also prints the overview of methods and programs connected with the sequence. This is not necessary for us.
Does anyone know if I can change the "Print table" settings somewhere, or find another way to print only the sample list?

Regards Julie
what chromeleon version is this?

Instead of Print table try right clicking on one of samples from your sequence and choose Print sequence.
and if not needed remember not to print the programs and methods, simply unclick them

if I remember well they are not ticked by default :-)

PS

at least, once check marks are removed from the boxes they stay removed next time

But Julie may reduce paper consumption even further by printing to Chromeleon PDF Export then printing only relevant pages from pdf files (provided she's not one time visitor to this community). :?
Ok thanks - that is exactly what I needed!

With regards to the Print to PDF we would really like that as well, but our IT systems are at the moment unfortunately not geared to handle this according to QA, so we need to print. However we are undergoing a discussion about this, so maybe at some point.. :)
you are aware that only with Chromeleon you can create within the report the printing settings that will allow you to automate the printing only to the specific pages and the specific sheets you want to see and where you want them when you print out the final results
it is even cooler for CM7
Yeah, I know that. We don´t at all take advantage of all the features, but we are getting there :)
select the parameter which you require and give printout
