DHEP analysis issue??

DHEP analysis issue??

Hi, Can some one help me with DHEP analysis? I have tried with LCMS and GCMS but the problem is I could not get consistency or system suitability in Peak areas(Peak areas droping down from injection to injection). On LCMS I am using Water/Methanol: 5/95 with 0.01%Formic Acid in it. I am getting very good peak shape but no Consistency in area while RT is about 1%rsd. There is no issue with lamp or column as the both are brand new.

Not familiar with DHEP and found no quick clues on the web. Do you mean DEHP?
