In Toluene sample, which is the suitable solvent and incubation temparature.
A sample consisting of toluene? and you are looking for solvents within the toluene? or a sample containing toluene and you wish to separate the toluene from the sample?

best wishes,

Rod
Sample containing toluene and recover the same using HS
If the sample is fully dissolved into a non-polar solvent then a less then .25mL sample solution should equilibrate in 15 min or less.

In water solution I would suggest that 8 minutes or less will be adequate.

I would use a temperature of 80C to 85C.

best wishes,

Rod
