gradient steepness problem

Hi, everyone
These days I'm performing a QC test following the compendial method(Ch.P):
MP:A.PBS(50mM,pH=7.10)/ACN(98:2), B:PBS/ACN(78:22)
Flow:1.5ml/min, Detection:230nm, Gradient:B% ramp from 0% to 100% in 10min
When I ran a blank run(no injection) and the baseline drift looks terrible(not the linear line ideally), I think whether it is resulted from the large composition change rate(10ml/min) and how to solve it? Thanks
Best wishes
