hplc verification and ınstrument validation

we have 10 hplc our lab. (agilent 1200 hplc) can ı vaildate my hplc ın our lab, in house application? ı have experinced 3 year in drug company. ı changed the pm kıt for agilent many times.

does any guıdeline this subject? ı thınk ıt is legal for regularity.

Yes you can do the qualification yourself. Contact Agilent to see if they will give you a set of standard procedures to use as a template for your protocol.
