guys just i want to know what do you mean by mAU on the Y-axis of plot of HPLC chromatograph? Is it full form of something or unit
?
mAU is milli-absorbance units and is generally specified at a particular wavelength in the ultraviolet or
sometimes visible light range. Absorbance is proportional to concentration and is log 10 of the ratio
of transmitted to incident radiation.
