Off the top of my head...

Waters
Agilent
Dionex
Phenomenex
Thermo
Hamilton
Restek
Sigma-Aldrich
ACE (Advanced Chromatography Technologies is the manufacturer)
Supelco
Fortis
SIELC
Imtakt
PolyLC

(this list is by no means inclusive)

The more important questions are - what is the application you have that you are trying to find a column for? What instrument do you have to use it on? What kinds of samples will you be injecting? All the manufacturers have different niches that they occupy in different portions of the HPLC market. For instance, if I wanted an ion chromatography column, my first stop would be Dionex. If I wanted a UHPLC column, it would be Waters or Agilent. If I wanted a reversed-phase packing that could tolerate a very wide pH range, it might be Hamilton. If I wanted a cheap column that might turn out to be useful, I would start with Phenomenex. The more we know (and the column manufacturers know) about your application, the more you can be steered in the right direction.

I agree with bisnettrj2 and could add a lot more brand names to his list. Best would be to look for a HPLC column buyers guide on the web, but even that is not 100% complete.

In addition to previously mentioned:

Regis
Dr Maisch
PSS
Naclai

and more...

But really, there are only three: one that you buy from, one that you don't want to buy, and one that you can not afford

Thanks for all your replies. :)

Actually I am just a beginner in this field and just want to find some information about manufacturers . I wonder that besides some very well known manufacturers, are there any sources that we could find good columns with more affordable prices?

Cheers.

The PQRI column selectivity database (go to http://www.usp.org/USPNF/columnsDB.html; scroll a bit down the page to see the PQRI database) has 525 columns with a link to the manufacturer of each. Scroll down the list and you will quickly get a complete count of manufacturers.

"more affordable prices" is relative. In most cases, column costs represent only a small fraction of total analytical costs (most of which represent labor).
