Quantitation of organic acids

Can somebody tell me the formula for calculating concentration of a particular organic compound using retention index

Given that retention index is related to retention time on a column, and concentration is not generally related to retention time (except as related to column overloading), either you have used a wrong term in your question or you have an uncommon technique - and we would need more details.
