Searching (pre)proteins specified MW

I have MWs of intact peptides/proteins (MALDI) from Drosophila CNS. I would like to somehow be able to search a database for predicted peptides/proteins that match the specified MW. This is more difficult, because the resources I have encountered will search for matching MW of mature protein/peptides, rather than including possible permutations or precursors.

Any help?
