Peak Interference

Hi! I am working on a moxidectin sample for DP analysis. The product contains polysorbate 80 and it is interefering with some of the known impurities. Anyone who can help me how to elliminate this intereferce? I have already tried woring on different gradient methods and column combinations. Any suggestions? Thanks

Probably best to eliminate it as part of sample workup. SPE perhaps?

Hey were you ever able to figure out the moxidectin DP analysis?

Also wondering about the raw material early eluting impurities? The SST is pesky
