bad dftpp 525

Currently running 525 analysis. Set DFTPP at 5 ppm and got the worst failing parameter scan I have ever seen. My primary ion for my tune is 271. Is this telling me something.
Are you sure of your dfttp? On my system 271 is a very minor ion ( <1% 442).
If you are sure then there is an issue with your tune. If you use an Agilent system and overwrite your tune file it may be corrupted. There is a untouched file in the system ( I can't remember where so call the 800 number).
I do not use the canned dfttp tune, I manually tune by adjusting my autotune by dropping the ion focus to get the 442/198 ratio in. I found using 442 as the major ion works best.
