Hi,

I recently complete some analysis by ESI-MS in a food matrix using direct infusion. I got very good spectra and I would like to identify some polyphenols present in the extracts based on their MWs. Is their any list of molecular weight of polyphenols?
Thanks
sabikh,
May be this can help you, please find information on http://www.phenol-explorer.eu/compounds
