i need a method to extract whey protein from processed cheese samples to inject in HPLC

I also need to extract whey protein from a food source for HPLC analysis. I'm also concerned with rice and pea protein as well. I need to develop and method for extraction and analysis via HPLC or LC-MS. How far have you gotten in your research?
