Hi ! i would like to know if anyone works with this type of columns, on time with Waters Spherisorb SAX. I can not find anywhere the method of regeneration or cleaning it, the manual of Waters only mentions concerning the Spherisorb RP or NP and not when applied to these as well.
I found a general Phenomenex manual where there is a method of cleaning SAX column. Its seems simple enough, using a phosphate buffer pH7, 10% acetic acid, water and methanol. Anyone have any idea if this method by applying directly to my column might get damage? Thanks !
My appologize for my bad english :(

Your English is fine (*much* better than my Spanish! ).

The chemistry of silica-based anion exchange columns is similar enough that the Phenomenex procedure should not damage your column.
