Hi
I have a solution of disulfiram dissolved in DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) with PVA (polyvinyl alcohol and PCL (polycaprolactone). I want to do a quantitative analysis of a dose regimen of this solution using HPLC. but I dont know how to set up the HPLC devise; what column to use, what mobile n stationery phase to use, what temp is suitable etc.
I'm totally new to this game n need a lot of help.
I would really appreciate ur guidances.
