The instrument shutdown by itself when idle and won’t power back on. When the front power button is pressed it flashes once and wont lit. So does the instrument status light. Strangely the error log only have record up to a couple of month back. There was a pop-up window saying driver error. Roughing pump tests OK. The power supply is tested the output voltage looks like this: port for roughing pump, the two-pin port and connections to plasma don't have voltage, I guess that is normal as they need signal to initiate. The three-wire port has voltage the same as the wall. The 20-pins port has voltages on some pins but not all. When tested without ports connected, the fan kept spinning, but when tested with all the ports connected on the instrument, the fan didn't spin. The front power switch seems to have two status. That is all the trouble shooting I can think of. Anyone has any idea what might be the issue here? Thank you very much.
