Hello all.
Does anyone recall a macro download from Agilent that will allow a .csv file from a LIMs to be imported into the sequence editor for Windows95 and NT MSD Chem Stations? All I can find now is a download for the GC/LC Chem Station.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I don't recall this as a download, but the Agilent GC/MS Chemstation has that capability in the sequencing menu. Likely not the same format as the GC/LC chemstation.

Yama is correct. Chemstation has a built in sequence import function. It is a pain to get working correctly. You cannot change the format and getting a LIMS system to generate a file in exactly the right way is a challenge. We made it work here, but the required formatting didn't work well for us so we quit using it and went back to manual entry.

Thank you both for your replies. What versions of MSD Chem Station are you using? G1701DA rev D.0x.xx and above have the sequence import option. Unless I'm missing something, G1701BA and G1701AA do not. Thanks again for your help.

We have everything from C.0 to the newest E.0 revisions. I am not familiar with the A and B revs.
