Hi to everyone,
one question, does anyone know a good HPLC method development course?

I have found Waters course but it is very expensive and I don’t know if it's worth of that price?

also another that looks promising is Stuart Jones HPLC academy but is all the way to United kingdom.

if anyone can give a review of this two courses I will really appreciate it

Thanks

another thing you could look at is distance-training; Crawford Scientific offer an on-line learn-at-your own pace thing called Chromacademy. I don't know if it suits your needs or not.

There are online HPLC courses available http://www.sepscience.com/Home.
You could also check area chromatography meetings. The Minnesota Chromatography Forum http://www.minnchrom.org/ has HPLC workshop/training course on a regular basis.

Tony Taylor and Crawford Scientific have several online courses and they usually conduct webcast and tutorials on various topics

We can provide you with real HPLC method development training courses. Please, visit us https://www.hplc.today/hplc-course
From this course you will learn:

- how to organize HPLC method development process in order to get an outstanding HPLC method just in few days;

- what are the exclusion (SEC, IEX), adsorption (PR, NP, HILIC, IC, CT, LEC) and widely-used mixed (RP/HILIC, RP/CT, RP/IC, HILIC/IC, NP/CT, SEC/IEX/RP, etc.) LC modes, and what are their properties;

- how to predict the behavior of any target molecule in any LC mode (single or mixed) using its structural formula;

- how to select the optimal HPLC solution for a given analytical task;

- how to select the optimal stationary phase for your HPLC separation;

- what are the standard mobile phase compositions, and how to use mobile phase adjustments for fine-tuning retention and separation selectivity in PR, NP, HILIC and IC modes;

- how to choose optimal flow rate, column length and particle size for the developed HPLC separation;

- how to take full control of your HPLC column’s chemistry, and understand it better than the column’s producer; and many other topics included in the training course program.

 Our training courses have already proved their effectiveness. They were attended by more than 300 specialists from more than 50 companies in total; more than a half of that companies were pharmaceutical and biotech ones.

Maybe old fashioned here, but as Manuel from Fawlty Towers once said - what is wrong with "learning from a book... ".... ;-)

There are numerous books that can give you a head start on this topic.

Also loads of material on the web to.
