TLC: Rf value of 0 using 90/10 acetone/hexane

Just doing fractation at the moment and after collecting a number of samples my tlc spot of the current fractation is not mving on the tlc plate. What can i do? Im using 90/10 acetone hexane

Have you tried other solvents? What was the sample disolved in before you applied it to the TLC plate? This may help with selection. Depending on the soluabiity of the sample, you can try a number of other directions - 100% acetone, 100% hexane, methanol, THF, chloroform, ... and the list goes on.

(And some things will never move on a given stationary phase.)
