what is the purpose of the integration paramete "force peak" in EMPOWER integration parameters? can i use the integration parameter "force peak" while processing Method Validation Data??

"Force Peak" is pretty much what the name implies. It forces the data system to start drawing a baseline under a peak despite the current processing parameters resulting in no peak being drawn there.

The only time I would use this is if you have a known peak of interest that is so small that it is very tough to distinguish it from baseline noise. Using a "Force Peak" would allow quantification of that peak without having to deal with lots of additional little peaks that would also show up in the results if you lowered thresholds etc. to get the processing method to integrate it. I would also do this only after concluding that further sample concentration, use of a smaller bore column and elimination of any extra column effects were not helpful in improving my sensitivity.
