Removal Of Trace Oxygen From HPLC Mobile Phase

We are needing a HPLC %area purity method on a VERY oxygen sensitive compound. We have premixed and sonic de-gassed our phases (MeCN & Water), and are using an in-line vacuum degasser. However, we are still seeing significant oxidation of our product. Does anyone have any experience of removing even more oxygen from the mobile phase?

Hi,
You can probe using a vacuum system as same time you are sonicating the mobile phase. It is very effective.

Or just displace the oxygen w/ helium (continuous low flow He sparge after initial degassing).
