Hello everybody

I am using a Coularray electrochemical detector and a fluorescence detector simultaneously in an HPLC system. Ive been using it for about six months now, with no problems, but recently I have noticed that the areas of my standards are 10 times lower than a couple of weeks ago, but only in the electrochemical detector, not in the fluorescence. Im quite new in the world of electrochemical detection.....does anybody know what the problem could be and how to solve it? thanks a lot in advance

Anna
It looks like your cell is dirty and needs to be cleaned.
Maybe you should contact you manufacturer to check how you can polish/regenerate your cell.
