hi guys
I need to solve an annoying problem with chromeleon: when I export data in txt files, if the peaks are not integrated they don't appear in report. Even if i have cheched box "include all not integrated peak of peak table" in the table properties.
Is there a way to see all peaks? better if with a "0" and not "n.a." but this is a secondary problem....
Thank you

can you say which version of software you are using?
is the integration window you have specified in chromeleon wide enough to take in all the peaks? I'm not sure if the report only reports all peaks in the specified window, even if you "un-integrate them" or set the "minimum area/height" etc to exclude them. Should be an easy check to find out at least!
sw version is an old 6.4
lynzjm: maybe you didn't understand my problem: if -for example- I processed a blank i need to see in the report all the peaks in my compound table, even if are zero or under minimum treshold. This is due internal LIMS request

i think you meant to begin with include named peaks or unnamed peaks or not detected peaks of the peak table or named peaks not included or something like that right?
you want the report to show named peaks that were not found in the chromatogram?

for the N.a. you can use the "if" command in the report. but you need to have the report publisher license for that.
i think that there is another way to do it using a variable in the chromatogram category of the report
i have just tried it using 6.8 Sr10 and this type of export works.
6.4 is not supported any more by Dionex to my knowledge,
which 6.4 do you have, maybe it is possible they ,made a fix historically in software release options.

better talk to a dionex Rep at your location
ook, now i'm getting right report, because even if I have selected right option in integration view (show all named peak in compound table) same option was't configured in "printer layout"
Just configured, now is ok.
But N.a. problem isn't resolved.
"for the N.a. you can use the "if" command in the report. but you need to have the report publisher license for that."
someone can give me more details about this function? Where can i check if i have publisher license?

Thank you
