Does anyone use GBC LC equipment?

I have just inherited some modules from another site within our organisation and I am slowly getting the system up and running.
GBC are not a company I've ever come across before, how common are they? From searching on the internet they do not seem to have a massive presence in the UK.
I don't have manuals for any of the modules so it is slow progress at times.
Any help (or just to know that I'm not the only one using their kit) would be greatly appreciated!
