Hi Can anyone tell me of a method they used to detect acetamiprid on LC MS (single quad)?
I tried using 1% acetic acid and ACN, but no luck.
Thanks in advanced.
Check out the chromatograms on Restek's website. They have used 10 mM NH4OAc water/ MeOH with gradient, on two different aqueous C18 columns.

Thanks nschwartz. Will try the NH4OAc.
Tried the NH4OAc and could not get the results I was looking for. Then I tried ACN and plain old DI water and got wonderful results...
Thanks very much for all your suggestions and help..
