Bruker micrOTOF-Q II control soft

I have a problem using Bruker`s micrOTOF-Q soft. The thing is that although LC system works perfect the mass spectrometer does not show any ion chromatogram. All conections and technical issiues is correct, this problem appeard when I selected auto MS/MS analysis. Before that everything was working ok.

Maby some of you had the same problem and may suspect what is wrong.
