sample preparation problems

Greetings,
Can I prepare the samples in DMSO? I'm developing a method to analyze a quinolone-like poly phenol compound using a C18 column. The sample is only soluble in DMSO, but I was told that DMSO would cause distortion of peaks. The sample also has some solubility in DCM. What solvent or solvent mixture should I use to prepare the sample?
I've tried methanol with small amount of DMSO, methanl/DCM, DCM with small amount of methanol; none of them worked. The concentration has been reduced to 0.5mM, but there is still precipitate.
Thanks
