Injector autosampler 7673 with controller 7673

What tray goes with those 2 parts. Currently I have 18596B tray and we keep getting " Tray gripper axis error".

The ALS injector is 18593B and the controller 18594B I need to know if by chance the controller is not compatible with the other 2 parts

Did you just put the system together or had it been previously working? Not sure what the error code was, but if the tray is not properly seated, you will get an error message. There are two round black (I think) plastic knobs that you need to lift up on to get the tray in the proper position. There are prongs in the bottom of the knobs that align with slots in the tray. There was a previous posting about this, you might try looking it up if my explanation doesn't make any sense, which is entirely possible!
