Storage solvent Shodex Sugar KS-801

Hi,
what is the best solvent to store a Shodex Sugar KS-801 HPLC column?
Shipping solvent is water and the column should be stored at ambient temperature.
Isn´t microbial growth a problem at these conditions? Would it be a good idea to add some sodium azide?
