I work with Empower 2, I'm a rookie. With apextrack, how to access parameters such as peak width at half height or 5%, and asymmetry? And data of system suitability? I manage to integrate the peaks but not where to find those parameters...If you know any tutorial thanks in advance

Just like with traditional integration, you have to enable suitibility by checking the "calculate suitibility results" on the Suitibility tab.

ok, thank!
I could not repeat 5 times the standard, perhaps that's why the software was unable to estimate the parameters..

Hey adeerre,
Did this work out ok?

Just in case, the system suitability tab is one of tabs in the processing method.

If this tab is not present in the processing method then the system suitability option has not been enabled in that project. (to check, right click the project in configuration manager/configure system > select properties and in the enabled options list that system suitability is checked).

the tab appears in system suitability. I'll try again, I guess I did not find the values, but must be somewhere...
thanks! benW

yes, the values ...

These are found with other results/field values in the results and peaks tables.

Take a result into review; then click on the results tables button (or go to "Window" in the top menu bar and select "results...") this will take you to all three tables - peaks table, Chromatography results table, and calibration table.

Right click the small globe on the top left of the peaks table (the top table of the Window) and you will see the table properties appear. Scroll down the "hidden fields" box and deselect! the fields you want to see. Your system suitability fields and other peak level fields you select will then appear in the peaks table. Scroll across the table to find them.

The logic behind the properties box is a little odd... deselcting what you want to appear, and no obvious order to the fields in the list, so it can take some time to find the particular field you want to view.

Hope this helps...

Might seem stupid but did you purchase the System Suitablility Option when you purchased Empower 2?

If not you'll have to calculate it manually.

How i tell if it was purchased?
Thanks

I find the parameters of System Suitability.
Thank benW, you're right!
apextack auto adjustment is recommended?which integration parameters are most critical?

where does one get an Empower Guide for processing/method creation (maybe in English?). It would help out a bit...
