Clarus 500 GC ECD problem

I have a new Clarus 500GC with dual ECD. The system has sat in the building and was not run and now it is out of warranty...of course. In any case the issue I am having is the system holds pressure etc.....but has a leak......... I am running a splitless program to start evaluating EDBs. When the system gets to pre run, I get "split 1 leaking flow above max". This error message I am told by PE, means I have a small leak somewhere...probably around the injector. Well of course my leak detector is out for repair. I don't want to use snoop or anything on the inside of my instrument so I went back and checked every fitting to the injector, the columns, the detectors, the Y connector and even the fittings going into the instrument supplying the carrier and makeup gas....nothing.
Anyone have any ideas what to try next? Is there a sensor that could be bad in the instrument giving me a false leak reading?
Also, if anyone currently runs EDBs and or PCBs on this system can you tell me what your method parameters are including column types etc.
