Deconvoluting PEG polymers

Does anyone have a favorite software package that can be used for polydisperse PEG's and is compatible with MassLynx? I've been using MaxEnt3 and Promass by telling the software I have a peptide. I'd like to find something that is actually designed for polymers. Thanks in advance!
