Hello friends,
Can anyone have experience in the detection level of HPLC method developed for cleaning validation? I appreciate your thoughts in advance.

Are you attempting to prove that an equipment item has been cleaned effectively?

If so you need to validate your sample extraction at your detection methods LOQ. This will ensure that cleaning swabs will give you an accurate measure of equipment contamination.
Good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.
Thanks, JGK

We developed and validated a lot of hplc methods for analysis of cleaning solutions and swab extract solutions. In most cases we have a LOQ of 0,1 (rinse)- 1 ppm (swabs).
