Urinary organic acid

Hello,
Is that ok to use a single internal standarad for all urinary organic acids.

It all depends. If extraction efficiencies can vary, the quality of results can vary if a single internal standard is used. My preference with urine is to use labeled compouds for all analytes and to spike them into the urine.
