Missing vial in sample set

Hi,

I did not keep one vial in a sample set, and I started the run.
When the sample set started will the Sample set stop where the vial is missing? or it will continue its run?

This depends pretty much on your hard- and software and most probably also on the settings therein.

Which software and which intrument are you using?
